The property lies within the busy Pendleton Pike retail corridor and is just minutes from the areas excellent transportation infrastructure of interstates 65, 74 and 465 and is 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.
The building is currently 100% leased to Applebee’s, one of the largest casual-dining restaurant chains in the U.S.
