The commercial building is located within a major retail corridor of Denton Tap Road, is 2.75 miles north of Interstate 635 and 10 minutes northeast of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The building is currently 100% leased to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, the second largest quick-lube chain in the U.S. and the third largest quick-lube chain in Canada with 1,781 locations. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a division of Valvoline, Inc. (NYSE: VVV) one of the leading worldwide marketers and suppliers of automotive lubricants and supplies. The company’s products are sold in over 140 countries and its motor oil is the third-highest selling car motor oil by volume.
