Tower Investments is pleased to announce the purchase of the Bel Air Market property located at 6231 & 6291 Fruitridge Road in Sacramento, California. The 1.59-acre, flagship Bel Air Market property includes one 29,648 sq.ft. commercial building 100% leased to Bel Air Market. Founded in 1955, this was the first Bel Air Market to open. Bel Air Market was purchased by Raley’s in 1992. Raley’s operates 126 grocery stores in California and Nevada under the banners of Raley’s, Bel Air Markets, Nob Hill Foods, Food Source and Sak N’ Save.
