    Vinebrook Homes: is an internally managed real estate company specializing in acquiring, renovating and leasing single family homes.  Founded in 2007, the company focuses on providing quality homes in a variety of options in Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Memphis, and Kansas City.

  • Situated in southwestern Ohio, Dayton is the county seat and the largest city in Montgomery County.  Dayton is a part of several other communities called the Greater Dayton Area which includes the cities of Vandalia, Trotwood, Kettering, Centerville, Beavercreek, Fairborn, West Carrollton, Huber Heights, Troy and Miamisburg.  The Dayton Metro Area is often referred to as the birthplace of aviation as it was the home of the Wright brothers and where they researched and experimented with heavier-than-air flight.  Composed of Greene, Montgomery and Miami Counties, it is the fourth largest metropolitan area in Ohio.  Defense and aerospace industries comprise a large section of the regions economy.  Healthcare also accounts for a sizable portion of the area’s employment with several key hospitals, institutes and centers located in Dayton and employing an estimated combined total of nearly 32,000 and a yearly economic impact of $6.8 billion.  Wright-Patterson US Air Force Base is just east of Dayton.  The base employs 27,500 military, civilian and contract employees and has a $4.3 billion annual economic impact.  The rise of e-commerce has fueled a strong growth in the Dayton area in recent years with demand for warehousing and distribution facilities and Dayton’s logistics sector is expected to add an additional 2,200 jobs by 2023.
