- The center is currently operated by Elite Event Venue and as Fresno’s and the surrounding Central Valley's premier multi-purpose event space is available to host a wide array of private events.
- 4105 West Figarden Drive is 8,425 sq.ft. with an 1,642 sq.ft. outdoor patio. 4125 West Figarden Drive is 6,323 sq.ft. with an 1,811 sq.ft. outdoor patio. One, both or part of each building can be rented for events. The mixture of indoor space and exterior patio space provides a user great flexibility for whatever may be envisioned for an event. The buildings are uniquely designed to meet the needs of both growing business and all social events.

- The property is served by 95 striped, asphalt parking spaces with 4 ADA parking spaces. The property has direct access to West Figarden Drive via two dedicated curb cuts. Additional, unpaved parking is also available behind the Center.
