  • The facility is 100% occupied by Continental Tire, the world’s fourth largest tire manufacturer.  The building was built in 2000 specifically for Continental Tire and is the sole Georgia facility for nearly every tire and rubber product made by Continental and serves critical Southeast and Atlanta metro area retail supply chains.
