Tower Investments is pleased to announce the purchase of the 2,534 sq.ft. Valvoline Instant Oil Change Building located at 2601 Jefferson Highway in Jefferson (New Orleans MSA), Louisiana, located just 6 miles from downtown New Orleans.

The building is currently 100% leased to Valvoline Instant Oil Change, the second largest quick-lube chain in the U.S. and the third largest quick-lube chain in Canada with 1,781 locations. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a division of Valvoline, Inc. (NYSE: VVV) one of the leading worldwide marketers and suppliers of automotive lubricants and supplies. The company’s products are sold in over 140 countries and its motor oil is the third-highest selling car motor oil by volume.
