Tower Investments Buys 7,760 SF NAPA Auto Parts Bldg in Toledo, OH

Tower Investments is pleased to announce the purchase of the 7,760 sq.ft. NAPA Auto Parts Building located at 5240 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH, minutes north of Interstate 80, a major east-west artery of the United States, and within a dense retail corridor that includes many national retailers.
The building is 100% leased to NAPA Auto Parts. Founded in 1925, the company provides auto replacement parts and automobile service through 6,000 stores, 16,000 NAPA AutoCare and AutoCare Collision Centers and 57 distribution centers throughout the United States. NAPA’s parent company, Genuine Parts Company, reported 2021 sales of $18.9 billion.
