The Santa Maria Quick Quack Car Wash and Starbucks is a two-building, ground-lease portfolio on 2.03 acres located at 1423 South Bradley Road in Santa Maria, California with immediate access to State Highway 101, 20 minutes north of Vandenburg Air Force Base.
Tower Investments acquired the multi-building property portfolio in 2022 which consisted of an operating Office Depot, a former Roadhouse Grill building and a former Hometown Buffet building. The Office Deport continues to operate. The Roadhouse Grill building was sold to a third-party user, and Tower began the process of redeveloping the remaining property. The Hometown Buffet building was demolished and ground leases secured for Quick Quack Car Wash and Starbucks locations. Tower’s development team then went about steering the development of the property so that both Quick Quack and Starbucks could break ground on construction in 2025.
Quick Quack Car Wash is a growing chain of exterior-only express car washes with 4,200 employees. Founded in 2004, Quick Quack is a privately held company that has grown from a local car wash in Sacramento, CA, to the fourth largest car wash in the nation. Headquartered in Roseville, CA, Quick Quack now owns and operates more than 290 locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Washington, with continued growth throughout these regions. Quick Quack reported $170million in revenue in 2024.
