  • Belton Towne Center Khol’s Bldg is an 88,279 sq.ft., free-standing building located at 914 East North Avenue, in Belton, Missouri, with immediate access to the main retail corridor of East North Avenue and less than one mile west of the interchange with Interstate 49.

  • The center is 100% leased to Khol’s Corporation (NYSE: KSS, Fortune #195), which has leased this building, built for Khol’s, since 2005.    Khol’s was founded in 1962 in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and is currently headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.  The chain of family-oriented department stores currently employs more than 110,000 employees, operating 1,162 stores in 49 states and with TTM revenue in excess of $17.4 billion as of May 2021.

  • The building was built in 2005 with a reinforced, concrete slab-on-grade foundation; frame construction of masonry-bearing and steel framing; an exterior of EIFS and painted CMU block; and a roof of low-slope, single-ply membrane.
