  • Chuze Fitness: Occupying 37,410 sq.ft., Chuze Fitness was founded in San Diego, CA, in 2008.  With a focus on top-line customer service the “culture first” mentality of the founders created an incredible experience within state-of-the-art gyms that are kept spotless by the dedicated staff.  With 32 gyms located in Arizona, California, Colorado, and New Mexico, Chuze employs 390 people who are dedicated to the communities in which they live.

  • Harbor Freight Tools: Occupying 18,229 sq.ft., Harbor Freight Tools was founded in 1977 as a small, family-owned business that was committed to providing working people with great, quality tools at the lowest price.  Headquartered in Calabasas, CA, Harbor Freight has over 1,100 locations nationwide and employs 20,000 people.  With 40 million satisfied customers they generated $5 billion in revenue in 2020.

  • Guitar Center: Occupying 15,728 sq.ft.. Guitar Center was founded in 1959 by Wayne Mitchell when he bought a small appliance and organ store in Hollywood, CA.  Inspired by the guitar sounds of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and The Kinks, he opened the first Guitar Center in 1964 focused on the music driven by guitars and amplifiers.  Employing musicians and music lovers, the Guitar Center brand spread as did the store’s offering of instruments of a wide variety.  Now headquartered in Westlake Village, CA, Guitar Center has 269 locations nationwide, employs 10,000 people and generated $2.3 billion in revenue in 2019.
