PEORIA (AT HOME SUPERSTORE BLDG)

  • The At Home Superstore building is a 104,439 sq.ft. retail building located in a dense retail corridor south of the intersection of West Peoria Avenue and North 91st Avenue.  The building is located at 10140 N 91st Avenue in Peoria, Arizona, with immediate access to the Agua Fria Freeway (State Route 101).

  • The building is currently 100% leased as an At Home Superstore.  Founded in 1979, At Home operates more than 200 stores in nearly 40 states and is one of the fastest growing retailers in America offering more than 50,000 home décor products.
