  • The property is strategically located across from Park 100 and benefits from direct access to Interstate 65, a main artery of the Indianapolis freeway system.  Park 100 is a primary business park that serves the NW submarket and much of the City.  Park 100 and Corporate Center North have historically attracted high-quality tenants and benefits from being a self-contained business environment in close proximity to both Interstates 65, 70 and 465 as well as the Indianapolis International Airport which is only 25 minutes to the south.
