  • Ventilation: Exhaust fans located throughout the facility with capabilities of 1,000-22,500 cfm, with make-up air provided by two 25,000 cfm air make-up units, or any combination of the HVAC system units (air conditioning units can be used for make-up air, as they have an extra cycle to pull outside air into the building).

  • Rail: CSX Railroad spur formerly served the 14'x200' platform at the south end of the property.  The track has been disconnected, but may be activated again.

  • Cranes: One 10-ton crane has 47' span and is cab operated with 24' lifting height and 280' runway.
