Tower Investments To Open SoBro Office

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Tower Investments, LLC, the multi-state real estate investment and development company with significant holdings and projects in Nashville's urban core and surrounding counties, is cementing its local presence by opening an office at 411 Broadway in downtown.  This marks the first office that Tower has opened outside of its headquarters in Northern California.
 
"Physically opening an office here signifies our long-term commitment to this region," senior vice president Alex Marks says. "We're bullish on Nashville and see it as one of the most vibrant growth and development opportunities in the country."
 
The Nashville office will be approximately 2,500 square feet, above Paradise Park Trailer Resort and Big Bang Bar. The Tower-owned building features skyline views of Downtown Nashville.  411 Broadway is also home to a newly constructed open-air penthouse, available for private parties for up to 300.  There are two spaces available for lease at 411 Broadway, 2,000 square foot 2nd floor space with balcony open to Broadway and a 5,500 square foot 3rd floor space with excellent views of downtown and lower Broadway.
 
Founded in Woodland, California, Tower Investments is owned by the Marks family, with six members active in the business. The family has longstanding ties to Nashville. Senior Vice President Alex Marks and his wife are residents of Tennessee.

Tower currently has 17 active projects in Tennessee, including these in the Nashville area:
 
  • 4th Ave. and Gateway, 3.14 acres of commercial land currently used for public parking.  This is site is in the final selection phase for the Music City Convention Center headquarters hotel.
  • 111 Broadway, a 50,000 sq. ft. commercial building being remodeled for new office space and a roof top penthouse.  The first floor is home to Big River Restaurant.
  • 411 Broadway, a 42,000 sq. ft. commercial building, home to Paradise Park Trailer Resort and Big Bang Bar.
  • 401 Broadway, a 13,482 sq. ft. commercial/restaurant building, home to Merchants Restaurant.
  • Arena South Parking, 5.66 acres of commercial land located immediately south of the Gaylord Entertainment center.
  • Cumberland Yacht Harbor, Nashville's first planned waterfront.
  • Beechwood Plantation, Garrison Springs Estates and Traceland Estates, planned equestrian communities in historic Leiper's Fork.
  • Upscale residential communities Dodson Station and Santa Fe Pike in Maury County
