TOWER INVESTMENTS PURCHASES TWO HISTORIC BUILDINGS IN DOWNTOWN LITTLE ROCK

Woodland, Calif., (December 13, 2004) - Two of downtown Little Rock's historic buildings were recently purchased with plans for re-development.
 
Tower Investments, LLC has purchased two historic buildings in downtown Little Rock. The YMCA building purchased from the City is a downtown landmark. The Boyle building, located on the corner of Main and 5th Street, is a 12-story historic building that has been a symbol of Little Rock's beautiful skyline. Built in 1909, the Boyle building will become a cornerstone of Downtown Little Rock's Re-development Project.
 
"We are excited about the opportunity to do business in a community that is helpful and creative," said Alex Marks, Sr., Vice President of Tower Investments, LLC. "The revitalization of downtown Little Rock is a top priority for everyone we've met. We intend to convert these vacant buildings into productive units which will meet the needs of the community. No definitive plans are set, but discussions are being held with local builders, real estate professionals and City officials to determine what combination of potential commercial or residential construction is needed downtown," states Marks.
 
"Little Rock welcomes Tower's investment. We are impressed with Tower's development background, their intent to utilize local resources and their desire to do the right thing for the community," stated Mayor Jim Dailey.
 
Tower Investments, LLC, based in California, is a family-owned investment company. Founded in 1989, Tower owns investments in ten states including residential, commercial and retail buildings, industrial buildings, residential subdivisions, parking garages, senior housing and ranches.
